Our Neighborhood Bear

A week ago my wife and I spotted a little cub playing in the wetland near our house. Last night Ally spotted mom or dad bear, just out our back door. Our cat, Riley, didn't budge from his seat on the patio furniture. Tonight Bear was back roaming the neighborhood. Glad to see him around. I just hope he doesn't make trouble and get himself relocated. (Click a photo to see it larger.)

Memorial Day in Henniker

Today, Memorial Day, 2012, marks the beginning of At Home in Henniker. This blog will document my year-long project making images in and around Henniker, New Hampshire.

My little family moved to town in late March this year. Since then we have been continually surprised and awed at the beauty of the town and surrounding areas.

I am a photographer with a strong background in landscape and fine art photography. At Home in Henniker  will publicly present much of my local work for the coming year. I hope you will all enjoy it.
